Staying at the highfield was a treat. After a day of exploring, coming back reminded me of returning home. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was great. I loved how they provided everything to. The location is slightly away from the city centre, but it's easy to navigate with the bus, fantastic.
overall, strongly recommend.

The decor at Highfield was charmingly classic, evoking a sense of warmth that was just like a cozy embrace. The accessibility.
More seating in the common areas would be nice.

This is an excellent and very friendly b&b in a residential classic sandstone townhouse neighborhood. It is about 2 km from the city center but the frequent bus connection makes it a short trip. The owners make one really feel at home and they serve an amazing breakfast. Great choice; I would come again!

I loved my little extra bathroom at the guest house that was perfect for dressing up for the wedding I had been invited to and which was the reason for my stay in Edinburgh in the first place. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and genuinely sympathised with me when, on the morning after the wedding, I really wasn't feeling too well. That said, the hearty vegetarian haggis breakfast greatly helped to walk steady again. I can warmly recommend this place.

What a cozy place! Coming back to my snug single room after exploring was like a warm hug. The private bathroom was simply the best! Just wish the common area had more seating. 🛌💖
